This is a movie prop pistol that was made for Audie.  To date, I have not found the movie that it appears in if it ever appeared in one.  It may just have been a present that the studio armorers made for him.  It is smaller than an original.  It is somewhat similar to a Colt percussion cap pistol.  In the closeups, you can see how crude it is as to fit and finish when compared to a real pistol.
