P.38, third model zero series. This is the last variation of the trials pistols that were made for
the German Army to replace the Luger (P.08). They made approximately 13,000 of these
before Walther was given the regular military contract to produce P.38s. The first of the
regular contract production was the 480 code. This example is all matching including one
matching magazine. The magazine is the spare mag since it has the "+" stamped on it.
