1938 Kreigsmarine P.08

This is an exceptional 1938 Mauser Navy Luger Rig.  It comes with a matching numbered and Kreigsmarine marked mag, a 1939 Navy holster, an E/655 stamped armorer's replacement mag and an E/63 takedown tool.  The bore is a bit rough but, externally, this is the best example I have seen.  Actually, it is one of the best of any kind of Luger I have seen.  If you are a bore baby, you probably won't like this pistol but if you like an example in your collection that makes a spectacular presentation, this one will fit the bill.

The holster is worth $600, the armorer's replacement mag is worth $250, the takedown tool is worth about $100.  Total is $950.  That reduces the price of the pistol to $5550.  A matching numbered mag adds 50% to the value of a Luger, so that makes the pistol, alone, worth $3700.  A very reasonable price for a Kreigsmarine example, especially in this condition.
