A Mauser K Date (1934) Luger in unusually nice condition.  Only about 11,000 K Dates were produced in 1934 so, with the entire war ahead of them, this pistol has to be one of the toughest to find. K Dates in this condition are virtually impossible to find, especially a complete rig!  Most of the wear is on the rear grip strap.  The toggle pin has been replaced with, what I believe is, a period replacement.  It looks like there may be a droop eagle stamp on the left side but I can't determine the number that is stamped under the eagle.  It also may just be a machining gouge.  The belt loops on the holster have been replaced with belt loops to accept a wider belt.  I assume that was so the holster could be placed on a party leader type belt.  In my collection, I have a 1936 holster that has been modified the same way.

Other than the replacement toggle pin, the pistol is all matching including the grips and firing pin.  A 1934 dated holster, a correct earlier K Date magazine, an early G Date spare magazine, a correct B90 marked tool and a cleaning rod complete this scarce to rare rig.
