RB numbered hard shell police accepted holster.  The RB numbering system was a replacement

for the old letter code system.  The new system only got partially implemented before the end of

the war.  The eagle on this example doesn't have a "B" in the chest.  These may be like the soft

shell RB numbered police holsters in that some of the eagles have the "B" and some don't. 

 

Notice the black lacquer on the rivets on the inside of the holster.  This was likely a Russian

capture.  Also notice the use of brown leather for the inside of the back.  This area is normally

black.
