SG84/98 bayonet made in 1944.  This is a very scarce code because it is a late war code change as we see in other German weapons.  pyy was changed from agv and is attributed to Berg.  Both codes are scarce but, since bayonets were made in 1944 with the agv code, likely only a small part of production right at the end had the pyy code.

The serial number on the bayonet and scabbard are mismatched but only by 74 numbers so that is likely an original mismatch.  Unfortuneately, this bayonet was nicely sharpened but it has about the nicest wood grips I've seen on a late war bayonet.
