This is a SS honor guard or parade dress holster.  It appears to fit a PP but could fit a PPK also.  It is white patent leather.  I assume the number on the back is the serial number of the pistol that was issued with it but it could be something else.   This is the only example of this type holster I have examined.  An extremely rare holster. $750.00
