WWII German range finder for air or ground use.  Made by Carl Zeiss, Jena Germany.  Spacing between objective lenses is 49" center to center.  Range scale measures distance from 600 to 15,000 meters.  This range finder is the maximum size man supported unit operated from a tripod body harness arrangement.  Designed to be used with 37mm and above antiaircraft guns.  Range finder has liquid filled inclinometer on one end of housing.  Other end has large anti-shock pad.  Painted in early war wavy pattern camouflage colors of field grey, tan and rust brown.  Range finder comes in a correspondingly camouflaged large steel box designed to be bolted to the floor of a transport vehicle.  Excellent.  $750
