P.38 hard shell holster made by Stolla's Sohne, W.K., K. & A. Stolla, Wehrmachteffekten, Wien (Vienna), Floriangrasse.   The code for this maker is cgu.  This is a seldom encountered maker and was located in Austria.  The quality of this holster is excellent.

Eugene Bender in his book "Military Holsters of World War II" lists the waffenamt number on these holsters as "47".  This was either an error or this maker is so rare that he had not found the "920" found on this example before.  It is also possible that the "41" date on the back was reported as a WaA number.
