The 154 page text relates their experiences
in the Polish campaign. On the frontispiece is a hand written dedication sending Christmas greetings
for the year 1941 to the soldiers of the 4th company of the 9th Hitler Bodyguard Brigade. Under the
dedication is : Special edition for the unit. Presented to the men by the captain and company commander
and signed separately in ink by him. A Stahlhelm with SS runes on a shield is printed on the woven cloth
cover of the book. Book is 5” by 7 ½” in size. Dated 1941. Excellent - $150.
