This is a very rare leather SS (Totenkopf) machine pistol mag pouch.  It holds 3 mags and has the Death's Head stamped on the front flap.  The DH looks like the one's stamped on the P.08 holsters.  Maker marked on back.  Heavy leather construction.  Only example I have observed.  Comes with the 3 MP41 mags. $1850
