These are German WWII coat hooks.  These were sewn into the waist area of the tunic and protruded through a slit in the material.  They were used to help hold up the equipment belt.  The top pair are Heer, the bottom pair are Luftwaffe.  $25 for each pair.  (Luftwaffe hooks are sold)
