A Japanese Special Landing Forces rubberized canvas scabbard/frog combination with a correct naval bayonet.  These scabbards are usually found ridgid and cracking or broken.  Amazingly, this one is still quite flexible.  The bayonet has lots of finish and is the only Japanese bayonet that was made with a false edge.  The metal on the bayonet has been discolored from light rust but no significant rust or pitting is now present. $300
