Nice example of a transitional nickle fitting leather holster. The earlier holsters had brass fittings.
Brass became scarce so the Japanese started using nickle plated steel fittings. Not a lot were made
until they switched to painted steel fittings. Another interesting thing is this one has brass rivets
that hold the closure strap to the flap. They started using painted steel rivets before they stopped
making the nickle fitting holsters.
