This in an interesting holster.  It is a black joa43 but the belt loops are brown.  Not only that but the both sides of the belt loops are finished and the underside are nicely finished in black.  It seems strange that they would sew on the belt loops with the finished brown side out instead of the finished black side out.  There has been a lot of conjecture about this since most holsters are worn to the point that the black on the loops has simply worn off and exposed the natural brown color of the leather.   Another thing that makes this holster unusual is the closure strap.  It closes upward in the police style rather than downward.
