| Rare Austrian 29o, German Code 660, 1939. o = Oesterreich, Third Reich German for Austria. Manufactured during the occupation at the Steyr plant from captured parts. Very low serial number, 232. Built for the Luftwaffe, "L" on the stock, full Heerswaffenamt acceptance and cupped butt plate. Excellent blue. Stock has a very small crack through the recoil lug on the right side and near the recoil lug on the left side Stock has been lightly sanded but all markings are virtually untouched and very clear. Stock is original and matches the rifle. |
