This is a T-14 that was made by Nagoya Nambu and dated 12.2 or February 1937.  At that point, the T-14 pistols used a small trigger guard, had no magazine retention spring and had magazines with nickel plated tubes.

So, this gun was reworked by Nagoya Nambu, fitted with a large trigger guard, a magazine retention spring was installed and a blued tube magazine was hand fitted.

All numbers are matching.  The Nagoya Nambu final inspection marking can be seen in one of the pictures below the date.  On the opposite (left) side of the frame, the rework inspection marking can be seen.
