ax41 made by Erma Erfurt in 1941. One collector told me he thought the barrel had
been replaced. That's possible but the barrel appears to have a 1940 date. If it was
replaced, it must have been early. The stock has no external markings. It is an early
stock because of the lamination with a flat butt plate.
