A cyq made in June of 1943.  The suffix letter on the slide is stamped upside down.  There are a few scattered reported

examples of this feature ranging from 7401c to 8780c.  It also has an asterisk on the left side of the frame that indicates

the frame was below standard but repairable.  This example is listed by serial number in Buxton, Vol. II, page 200.
