German uniform belt made of a vulcanized cord reinforced rubber material made
in 1944. The Germans experimented with alternate materials to leather, mostly, in
the early '40s. They tried pigskin, this rubber material and pressed paper. Excellent
condition. It has what looks like scratches but they seem to be grooves that were in the
original material.
