This is a very unusual holster that came with my 20,000 serial range P.38 HP.  Warren Buxton examined it and said he had never seen another one but it was unquestionably authentic.  I can't imagine Akah only setting up to make a very few holsters.  So, why haven't more shown up?  Good question.   Update....I saw another one of these in an auction recently.
