This is a Walther "ac" coded replacement magazine.  This is the only one I have observed that has simply the P.38 (no "v") on the side and 2 waffenamts on the spine.  This mag would be a correct mag for a late 1940, 1941 or early 1942 Walther P.38.  A rare mag.
