Dave Baird was instrumental in arranging for the meeting room and handling the welcomes at the door

Dave Baird was taking pictures from the back of the room.  When Ron Clarin announced the presentation for P.38 Forum Member of the Year, Dave got up to take a picture of the person who was getting the award.  In this picture, Dave's name had just been announced as the recepient.
