Colt Model 1911 made in 1912 and one of 300 that were shipped to the USMC. The serial range of the 1911s shipped to the Marine Corps is 3501 - 3800. This one is 3512. They were shipped from Colt on June 6, 1912 and were the first 1911s that were shipped to the USMC and the only ones they received in 1912. I believe this pistol has all original parts and finish and is virtually unfired. The bore is mint.
