This is a P.08 E/B police holster.  The body and flap are made of pressed paper and the rest is leather.  It is well known that the German's experimented with alternate materials and this is one of the experiments.  I can't imagine that this holster would hold up in wet weather.  I feel this holster is rare, especially in this condition.  The date on the back seems to be 1943 but I couldn't get a good picture of it.
